2009年以来,山西省汾西县加大了农村中小学课堂教学改革力度,其主要措施为:“三长”带头,真抓实干,营造课堂教学改革浓厚氛围;强化管理,立体推进农村中小学课堂教学改革。汾西县中小学课堂教学改革取得了明显成效,提升了农村中小学课堂教学的整体水平,促进了学校的内涵发展。在课堂教学改革实践中,面临的新问题是,部分教师被模式束缚了手脚,缺少具有深度和广度的课堂“互动”和“呈现”环节,农村校长的专业化水平有待提高。
Since 2009, Fenxi County in Shanxi Province has intensified the reform of classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. The main measures are as follows: “Three long” take the lead, work hard to create a strong atmosphere of classroom teaching reform; strengthen management and promote the rural Primary and secondary school classroom teaching reform. The teaching reform in primary and secondary schools in Fenxi County has achieved remarkable results, promoted the overall level of classroom teaching in rural primary and secondary schools and promoted the connotation development of schools. In the practice of classroom teaching reform, the new problem faced is that some teachers are bound by the mode, lack of depth and breadth of classroom “interaction ” and “show ” link, the professionalization of rural principals needs to be improved.
