采用UV光谱法研究了在 pH 2 1 5的酸性溶液中 ,邻 {2 [α ( 2 羟基 5 磺基苯偶氮 ) 亚苄基 ]肼基 }苯甲酸 (ZCN)与胃蛋白酶 (Pepsin)相互作用的反应机理及基本条件 ,认为它们之间主要靠分子间的静电引力结合 .研究了酸度、温度、时间、离子强度、不同类型蛋白质等对该反应体系的影响 .测得ZCN与Pepsin复合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε =3 1 6× 1 0 5 L/mol·cm ,两者的最大结合数为 1 0 0 .探讨了适应该反应的结合模式 ,由实验数据整理后认为基本符合Scatchard模型 .
