新闻未必都须交代背景,但确实有些新闻巧用了背景,效果就不一样,可使新闻内涵揭示得更深、更明白。比如4月3日《解放日报》国际新闻版一则新闻,报道了古巴两周内又一架客机被劫往美国的佛罗里达。究竟什么原因?作为记者不可能、也不必要在新闻中自己去评说,只能引用古巴政府的话“美国政府在以往处理劫持古巴飞机案件时表现出的消极态度纵容了此类案件的发生”,但这毕竟是一京之言。新闻讲究客观,讲究事实与根据,该文妙在最后不露痕迹地加了一段背号,等于为上述古巴政府的话作了注释:“根据美
