测定了不同抗病性品种棉苗受枯萎病菌毒素处理后的致萎程度和有关的生理代谢变化。结果表明:致萎程度低的冀合3016,各生理生化指标比较稳定;而致萎程度高的鲁棉6号和邯郸14则变化明显。表现在呼吸强度升高,过氧化物酶,纤维素酶和果胶酶活性增强,并出现了新的过氧化物酶同工酶谱带。在大田中表现出一定抗病性的中棉12,某些指标却与非抗病性的品种一致。
The changes of the degree of wilting and the related physiological metabolism of cotton seedlings of different disease-resistance cultivars after the treatment of Fusarium oxysporum f. The results showed that all the physiological and biochemical indexes of Jihe 3016 with low degree of wilting were relatively stable, while those with high degree of wilting led to obvious changes. The results showed that the respiration intensity increased, peroxidase, cellulase and pectinase activity increased, and a new peroxidase isozyme band appeared. Some cotton varieties that show some disease resistance in the field are consistent with non-disease-resistant varieties.
