据新华社电中消协昨日发布的2011年消费投诉情况显示,2011年共受理消费者投诉607263件,其中食品投诉39082件,为全年最高。据统计,去年食品投诉增幅较大,同比增长12.3%。消费者对食品问题的投诉中,2/3的投诉与质量及安全有关。另外,汽车、团购等成为投诉热点。在汽车投诉中,涉及质量安全问题的占54.7%,制动系统失灵、发动机性能故障、轮毂氧化过快等投诉最多。网络团购投诉增幅居于首位,同比增长43.3%。与网络购物、电视购物等媒体购物有关的投诉相对较多。
