为便于研究陶粒的膨胀过程,下面简要介轺一下测定陶粒膨胀系数及气体析出量的方法。一、膨胀系数陶粒的膨胀系数以粘土膨胀前后的体积比来表示,即: K=(V_2)/V_1式中:K——膨胀系数; V_1——泥球膨胀前的体积,cm~3; V_2——泥球膨胀后的体积,cm~3。用细砂求积法或水银求积仪来测定泥球体积,由于准确性较差和操作比较麻烦,得出的膨胀系数误差
