游泳运动员那宽阔的肩膀,健壮的体魄使不少青少年羡慕不已。这健美的身体不仅充满青春的活力,而且也是身体健康的标志之一。一些青少年常为自己肩胸狭窄而苦脑,其实只要你坚持不懈锻炼,你的肩膀会变得宽阔些,胸背肌肉会日趋发达起来。一、影响肩胸发达的肌肉胸廓由十二个胸椎,12对肋骨和一块胸骨组成,上肢借助锁骨及肩胛骨和胸廓连在一起。有不少肌肉附着在上面,如三角肌、胸大肌、斜方肌、背阔肌等等(图1、图2)。影响一个人肩膀的宽窄、胸脯壮实与否,主要是看这些肌肉的发达程度。二、使肌肉发达的生
