随着时代的发展和我国改革开放的深入,当代社会对于英语要求的专业化越来越高,于是有人提出专业英语将成为未来英语教学的主流模式,进而提出EGP+ESP的新型教学模式。虽然我们的教学应该跟进时代潮流,注重当前英语专业与职业的相互协作。但是EGP的教学依旧不能忽视,因为它是英语学习的基础,唯有打好基础,才能更好地学习其专业性的知识。本文针对这一现状,提出一种新的教学模式,即EGP分项教学模式。通过将大学英语课程中的听、说、读、写等各个部分进行分门别类的教学,将英语教师资源进行重新重组。然后让不同英语教师去发挥其特点,对学生进行因材施教,从而让学生得到更好的发展。而且区别于传统教学方法,EGP分项教学模式针对的主体是英语教师,其交叉目标是学生。而通过这种教学模式可以更好的进行教学,让学生得到全面发展,更加体现素质教育的特点,是一次创新性的EGP教学改革。
With the development of the times and the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the professionalism of English society is becoming higher and higher in contemporary society. Therefore, some people propose that professional English will become the mainstream model of English teaching in the future, and then put forward a new teaching mode of EGP + ESP. Although our teaching should follow the trend of the times and focus on the current mutual cooperation of English majors and careers. However, the teaching of EGP can not be neglected because it is the foundation of English learning. Only by laying a good foundation can EGP better learn its professional knowledge. In view of this situation, this article proposes a new teaching mode, namely EGP sub-teaching mode. By reorganizing the various parts of listening, speaking, reading and writing in college English classes, the resources of English teachers are reorganized. Then let different English teachers to play their characteristics, students in accordance with their aptitude, so that students get better development. And different from the traditional teaching methods, EGP sub-teaching model for the main target is English teachers, the cross-target students. Through this teaching mode, teaching can be better, students get all-round development, more reflect the characteristics of quality education, is an innovative EGP teaching reform.
