本文针对马回水电站现场天然砂细度模数低的特点,对碾压混凝土采用特细砂配合比的可行性进行了研究,并对其试验及现场施工情况进行了叙述。试验结果表明:特细砂碾压混凝土配合比是可行的。在第一期工程中还对配合比进行了优化。施工实践证明:特细砂碾压混凝土的力学指标、均质性和可碾性均可满足设计和施工的要求,而且胶凝材料用量(C+F=95+40=135kg/m~3)与中粗砂配合比基本接近,经济效益显著。四川一些河流多位于特细砂地区,因此,马回工程应用特细砂碾压混凝土的成功,为这类地区中、小型水利工程采用特细砂碾压混凝土开辟了广阔的前景。
In view of the low modulus of natural sand in Ma Hui hydropower station, this paper studied the feasibility of adopting special sand mix proportion for roller compacted concrete, and described the test and field construction. The test results show that the mix proportion of special fine sand roller compacted concrete is feasible. In the first phase of the project also optimized the mix. The construction practice proves that the mechanical indexes, homogeneity and grindability of the special fine sand roller compacted concrete can meet the design and construction requirements, and the amount of cementitious material (C + F = 95 + 40 = 135kg / m ~ 3) With the coarse sand mix basically close, significant economic benefits. Therefore, the successful application of special-grained sand roller compacted concrete in Ma Hui project opened up broad prospects for the use of ultra-fine sand roller compacted concrete in small and medium-sized water conservancy projects in these areas.
