知识经济时代大背景下的知识型企业,正面临着新信息、新技术、新管理等竞争,传统的管理体制与方式已无法适应今天的创新与变革,要想在日益激烈的竞争形势下保持其优势,增加其整体组织学习力,如何有效的提升组织学习力成为培育企业持续竞争优势的重要研究课题。本文立足于某中型IT知识型企业,在分析与整理其有关组织学习力的相关资料后,提出了构建组织学习力提升的PDCA循环的整体思路和设想,以期更好的适应企业发展。
The knowledge-based enterprises under the background of knowledge-based economy are facing the competition from new information, new technologies and new management. The traditional management system and methods have not been able to adapt to the innovation and change today. In order to maintain the increasingly fierce competition Its advantages, increase its overall organizational learning ability, how to effectively enhance the organizational learning has become an important research topic to cultivate the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. Based on a medium-sized IT knowledge-based enterprise, this paper analyzes and organizes relevant information about organizational learning ability and puts forward the overall idea and tentative plan for building a PDCA cycle with organizational learning ability in order to better adapt to the development of the enterprise.
