在分析输送带发火机理和现有输送带监测技术的基础上,提出一种基于红外热像技术的输送带火灾监测方法。结合红外热像技术实时视频显示、动态识别和非接触式测温等特点,从热像仪测点布置、红外信息处理和输送带火灾的预警与响应等3个方面探讨了热像仪布置方式和红外信息传输方法。分析了红外热像技术应用于矿井输送带火灾监测中存在的难题,最后提出相应的解决对策。
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of conveyor belt fire and the existing conveyor belt monitoring technology, a method of conveyor belt fire monitoring based on infrared thermal imaging technology is proposed. Combined with the features of real-time video display, dynamic identification and non-contact temperature measurement by infrared thermal imaging technology, the paper discusses the arrangement of thermal imager from three aspects: the arrangement of measuring point of thermal imager, the infrared information processing and the warning and response of conveyor belt fire And infrared information transmission method. The problems existing in the application of infrared thermography to mine belt fire monitoring are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
