冀粳7号,原名“河大77—2”是河北大学生物系用秦选1号作母本,京系6号作父本杂交选育成功的早稻新品种。特征特性该品种株高75—90厘米,株型紧凑,茎杆粗壮坚韧,叶片短宽挺立,抗倒伏能力强。抽穗整齐,穗颈短、分枝多、成穗率和结实率高。成熟时仍壮绿青秀,抗稻瘟病和白叶枯能力强。穗呈纺锤型,籽粒着生密,穗长12—16厘米,每穗100粒左右,千粒重25—27克。谷粒短园形,壳黄色,不易落粒,无芒、米质洁白有光泽。出米率72—75%,粘性较大。米饭有香味,品质优良,据中国农科院分析室鉴定,含蛋白质11.01%,含赖氨
