目的了解北京市某区居民对食品营养标签认知和使用情况,为采取有针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法通过等比例多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,对该区12个社区1 434户常住居民进行问卷调查,每户通过随机数字表(KISH)随机调查15~79岁居民1人。结果该区45.0%的居民知道食品营养标签,39.3%的居民在选择购买食品时会参考包装上的营养标签。年龄较低、文化程度较高和收入偏高的人群对食品营养标签的知晓和参考比例高于其他人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该区居民对于食品营养标签的认知情况较差,需要加强健康教育和推广力度,提高居民对营养标签的认知程度,改善居民膳食行为。
Objective To understand the residents’ cognition and use of food nutrition labels in a district of Beijing and provide scientific basis for taking targeted health education. Methods A total of 1 434 permanent residents in 12 communities in the district were surveyed by the method of equal proportion and multi-stage cluster random sampling. Each household randomly selected 1 resident aged 15-79 years through random number table (KISH). As a result, 45.0% of the residents in the district knew of food nutrition labels and 39.3% of residents used their nutrition labels on packaging when choosing to buy food. People with lower education level, higher education level and higher income had higher awareness and reference rate of food nutrition labeling than other groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The residents in this region have poor cognition of food nutrition labeling. They need to strengthen their health education and promotion efforts to improve residents’ awareness of nutrition labeling and improve their dietary behaviors.
