根据一机部(78)一机技字525号文要求,CO_2焊机质量检查筹备会,于1978年9月18日～23日在成都召开。参加这次会议的有11个单位,18名代表。会议由一机部成都电焊机研究所主持。会议讨论了天津电焊机厂起草的《半自动 CO_2弧焊机技术条件》部标准草案(讨论稿),和《半自动 CO_2弧焊机试验方法》草案(讨论稿)。会议一致同意用《半自动 CO_2弧焊机技术条件》和《半自动 CO_2弧焊机试验方法》(行业质量检查用稿)作为这次 CO_2焊机质量检查的依据;并讨论通过了78年 CO_2焊机质量检查工作安排意见。
According to a machine department (78) a machine technology word 525 text requirements, CO_2 welder quality inspection preparatory meeting, in September 18, 1978 ~ 23 held in Chengdu. Eleven units and 18 delegates attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by a machine department Chengdu Welding Research Institute. The meeting discussed the Draft Standard for Semi-Automatic CO_2 Arc Welding Machine Technology (Draft) drafted by Tianjin Welding Machine Factory and the draft (Semi-Automatic CO_2 Arc Welding Machine Test Method) Draft (Discussion Paper). The meeting agreed to use the “semi-automatic CO_2 arc welding machine technical conditions” and “semi-automatic CO_2 arc welding machine test method” (industry quality inspection draft) as the CO_2 welder quality inspection basis; and discussed through the 78-year CO_2 welder Quality inspection work arrangements advice.
