目的:探讨清亮饮治疗玻璃体积血对视网膜的保护作用。方法:40只日本大耳白兔随机抽取10只兔为A组,即空白对照组;其余30只确认玻璃体积血成功造模后再随机分成3组,分别为B、C、D组,B组为模型组,C组为中药(清亮饮)组,D组为西药(安妥碘)组。各组干预8周后,收集视网膜标本,检测MDA含量、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性。结果:清亮饮组较模型组、安妥碘组中MDA含量降低,Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性增高。结论:清亮饮对治疗兔玻璃体积血有显著疗效,同时对视网膜有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Qingliang Decoction on vitreous hemorrhage. Methods: Forty Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into group A (10 rabbits), blank control group. The remaining 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: B, C, D, B Group as model group, C group as Chinese medicine (Qingliang Yin) group, D group as Western medicine (diazepam) group. Retinal samples were collected 8 weeks after the intervention in each group to detect MDA content and Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase activity. Results: Compared with the untreated group, Qingliang Decoction decreased the content of MDA and increased the activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase. Conclusion: Qingliang Decoction treatment of rabbit vitreous hemorrhage have a significant effect, while the retina has a protective effect.
