南京铁合金厂金属铬生产中,每年有近万吨的水浸废渣,渣中尚含有少量六价铬(0.3～0.6％)未能利用,排放后六价铬溶于水中则污染环境,为此该厂曾多方寻找利用门路。去年,在天津市赤卫化工厂等单位利用水浸废渣代替蛇纹石生产钙镁磷肥的启发下,在上级领导的支持和帮助下,南京铁合金厂会同镇江磷肥厂,遵照毛主席关于“综合利用大有文章可做”的教导,做了认真调查研
