目的 :考察用盐酸和枸橼酸分别调节丁卡因注射液 pH值在 4.2时的稳定性。方法 :分别用盐酸和枸橼酸调节丁卡因注射液 pH值 4.2 ,采用经典恒温法和留样观察法 ,在波长 3 10nm处测定丁卡因的吸收度 ,分别对不同温度下的数据进行处理。结果 :用盐酸调节丁卡因注射液的t0 .9=1.5 1a ,用枸橼酸调节丁卡因注射液的t0 .9=2 .15a .。结论 :用枸橼酸调节丁卡因注射液能使其有效期较用盐酸调节丁卡因注射液的有效期延长 7个月。用枸橼酸调节丁卡因注射液能使其较稳定。
Objective: To investigate the stability of hydrochloric acid and citric acid in regulating the pH value of tetracaine injection at 4.2. Methods: The pH value of tetracaine injection was adjusted by hydrochloric acid and citric acid respectively, and the absorbance of tetracaine was determined at the wavelength of 310 nm by classical thermostat method and sample-observing method. The data of different temperatures deal with. Results: With tocopherol hydrochloride injection t0.9 = 1.5 1a, with citric acid injection of tetracaine t0.9 = 2.15a. CONCLUSION: Citrate-adjusted tetracaine injection prolongs the expiration date of tetracaine injection by 7 months with hydrochloric acid. Regulating tetracaine citrate injection can make it more stable.
