据报道,人社部相关司局负责人在对“同工同酬”进行解读时曾表示,一家央企集团算账称,其当年全行业利润是300多亿元,如把其劳务派遣职工都实行完全意义上的同工同酬,保险和福利就会吃掉近260亿元的“利润”。而这样一笔账,似乎也为人们揭示了实现“同工同酬同福利”的阻力何在。从立法层面来说,人社部有关负责人关于“同工同酬不包括福利和社会保险”的说法值得商榷。
