本文主要是观察龙眼产区具有代表性的主要品种、野生种及泰国苗翘品种的花粉形态特征,通过观察说明不同品种间在花粉形态结构上都具有符合无患子科植物属、种形态特征的稳定遗传性状,但也有所变异。据此,能为应用花粉形态来揭示品种间的亲缘关系,并通过对11个龙眼品种花粉观察分析比较,论证了其从原始类型向进化类型演变趋势,同时讨论了临近品种的亲缘关系,绘制龙眼品种之间系统位置演变关系图。
In this paper, we mainly observed the pollen morphology of the main varieties of wild longan producing areas, wild species and the seedling of Miao-Qiao, through the observation that the morphological characteristics of the pollen morphology and structure of the different varieties are consistent with the morphological characteristics The stable genetic traits, but also some variation.
