国有企业如何在我国经济社会与日俱新的发展浪潮中发挥出自身作用、通过对科学发展观的实践来实施卓有成效的绩效管理,已经成为了现阶段国有企业运营管理与工作效率提升的重要途径。本文通过对现阶段国有企业人力资源绩效管理考核制度中存在的一些问题进行阐述,并结合实际经验对其推进过程中所遇的一些问题进行探索,希望能够为广大的同行业从业人员提供一定的理论帮助。
How state-owned enterprises can exert their own role in the tide of development of economy and society in our country and how to implement effective performance management through the practice of scientific concept of development has become an important way to improve the operational management and work efficiency of state-owned enterprises .
