随着轻型保温围护结构的广泛应用,现有国家标准中工业建筑冷风渗透耗热量引起的供暖热负荷计算若仍沿用百分比法进行计算,易出现计算结果与实际值相比明显偏小的问题。借鉴国外设计经验,对现有供暖冷风渗透热负荷计算方法进行了简要总结,并详细介绍了百分比法、缝隙法、换气次数法的计算过程及存在问题。同时通过工程实例对几种方法的计算结果进行了比较分析,发现百分比法与缝隙法均不宜直接应用,而根据工厂的围护结构情况有针对性地采用换气次数法则收效良好。
With the extensive application of lightweight insulation enclosures, if the calculation of the heating load caused by the heat consumption of cold in the existing national standards in industrial buildings is still calculated by the percentage method, the calculation result is obviously smaller than the actual value . Drawing on the experience of foreign design, the methods for calculating the heat load of the existing heating and cooling wind infiltration are briefly summarized, and the calculation methods and problems of the percentage method, the slot method and the ventilation times method are introduced in detail. At the same time, the calculation results of several methods are compared and analyzed through engineering examples. It is found that both the percentage method and the slot method should not be applied directly, and the law of ventilation times is adopted according to the enclosure structure of the factory.
