针对某电厂的锅炉炉膛出口烟温进行了调整试验.通过数据预处理和偏最小二乘回归分析,建立了炉膛出口烟温的统计学模型.通过分析模型的影响因子,进行了运行参数的调节,给出了不同负荷下锅炉的合理运行工况.试验结果表明:通过调节炉膛出口烟温,可提高燃烧效率,减少煤耗.利用偏最小二乘回归方法分析试验数据,有助于调试人员掌握被调对象的运行特性,且便于寻找最佳工作点.
Aiming at the boiler flue gas temperature at boiler outlet in a power plant, the statistical model of the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace was established by data preprocessing and partial least-squares regression analysis.The operating parameters were adjusted by analyzing the influence factors of the model , The reasonable operating condition of boilers under different loads is given.The experimental results show that the combustion efficiency can be improved and the coal consumption can be reduced by adjusting the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet.The analysis of test data by partial least squares regression Tuning the operating characteristics of the object, and easy to find the best working point.
