21世纪以来青少年肺活量水平、体能素质持续下降,体能素质中的速度素质和力量素质连续十年下降,而耐力素质则连续二十年下降。做为教育工作工员也进行很多努力,但是结果还是令人震惊。如何让学生真正从事到体育课的锻炼中来,我们不仅要从实践中反思,也要在理论教学中反思。理论来源于实践,同时也指导着实践向科学的方向发展,缺乏理论指导,实践就会变得盲目。重视中学体育理论知识的教学,对提高体育课教学质量,提高学生实践课的兴趣,丰富学生的体育
Since the 21st century, young people’s lung capacity and physical fitness have been declining. Their speed, quality and strength have been declining for 10 consecutive years, while endurance has been declining for 20 consecutive years. A lot of effort has been made as an educator, but the result is still alarming. How to make students really engaged in physical education in the exercise, we must not only reflect from practice, but also in the theoretical teaching of reflection. Theory originated from practice, but also guide the practice to the direction of science, the lack of theoretical guidance, practice will become blind. Emphasis on the teaching of theoretical knowledge of physical education in secondary schools, to improve the teaching quality of physical education, improve the students ’interest in practical courses and enrich students’ sports
