本次研究主要针对市场营销工作当中的项目管理实践应用展开分析和讨论,希望通过了解和掌握市场营销实践工作当中项目管理工作的重要性,解决工作当中实际出现的问题。通过深入了解和分析市场营销工作当中存在的项目管理应用困难,可以发现当下项目管理工作体系存在的缺失问题,由于体系的缺失和工作职能的专业性程度不足,导致项目管理的实际作用呈现出理解程度不深的情况。除此之外,针对企业在管理过程中出现的理念落后问题进行思考,也发现很多不足。因此,本次研究希望能够通过切实有效的困难节点分析,掌握科学的应用方式和策略,针对当下的市场营销和项目管理工作体系进行改革,以期实现良好的工作效果,创造更高的经济收益。
This research mainly analyzes and discusses the application of project management in marketing work. I hope that by understanding and mastering the importance of project management in the marketing practice, I hope to solve the actual problems in the work. Through in-depth understanding and analysis of the project management application difficulties existing in the marketing work, we can find the lack of the current project management system. The lack of system and lack of professionalism of the job function lead to the understanding of the actual effect of project management The situation is not deep.
