对象与方法治疗由于子宫内膜增生性病变所致的围绝经期年龄妇女子宫出血,近年来应用了子宫内膜电切除术。为了评价此种方法的有效性和安全性,本文选择60例子宫异常出血的围绝经期年龄(平均47.9岁)妇女行子宫内膜电切除术。对其手术及随访资料进行分析。全部病例均合并高血压病、缺血性心脏病等各科不同的躯体疾病。24例妇女合并子宫肌瘤。60例妇女术前均行子宫内膜活组织检查,其中腺性增生13例(21％),腺囊性增生17例
Object and method Treatment of endometrial hyperplastic lesions due to perimenopausal women’s uterine bleeding, in recent years, the application of endometrial resection. In order to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this method, 60 women with peri-menopausal age (average 47.9 years) with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected for endometrial resection. The operation and follow-up data were analyzed. All cases were combined with hypertension, ischemic heart disease and other subjects of different body diseases. 24 cases of women with uterine fibroids. 60 cases of women underwent endometrial biopsy before surgery, including 13 cases of glandular hyperplasia (21%), adenoid cystic hyperplasia in 17 cases
