一、问题的提出端正教育思想,要紧紧围绕培养合格人才这个中心。学生实习是学校整个教学计划的重要组成部分,是达到培养目标必不可少的重要环节。实习的好坏,直接关系到培养人才质量的高低。目前我国高等医学专科学校学制短,大多数可谓“医学本科的压缩型”,毕业实习也存在着时间短,任务重的问题,不利于对学生实践能力的培养,需要进行改革。针对这个问题,我们提出一些粗浅认识,与同志们共 First, raise the issue of correct education, we must closely focus on the training of qualified personnel this center.
