天然气计量是天然气贸易中至关重要的环节,介绍了国内外主要天然气流量计检定站的现状,对比分析不同原级标准的优缺点,阐述了基于HPPP法的德国Pigsar天然气流量计检定站的工艺流程、量值传递方式及HPPP装置的工作原理。以HPPP法为原级标准的检定站具有流量稳定、准确度高等特点,但受技术限制在我国应用并不广泛。分析了我国应用HPPP法的可行性,武汉分站应用实践结果表明:HPPP装置可解决我国大口径、高压力天然气流量计检定能力不足的问题,但减少管容积对检定精度有一定影响。
Natural gas metering is a vital link in the natural gas trade. The status quo of the major gas flowmeter test stations at home and abroad is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of different primary standards are compared and analyzed. The process of the German Pigsar gas flow meter verification station based on the HPPP method is described Process, value delivery and HPPP device works. The HPPP method for the original standard test station has a stable flow rate, high accuracy, but by the technical limitations in our country is not widely used. The feasibility of applying HPPP method in our country is analyzed. The application results of Wuhan substation show that the HPPP device can solve the problem of insufficient verification ability of large diameter and high pressure natural gas flowmeter in China. However, reducing the volume of the tube has a certain influence on the verification accuracy.
