文章主要研究竖轴水轮机叶片安装位置对水轮机水动力性能的影响,考虑到竖轴水轮机叶片沿展向剖面相同的特点,将水轮机模型简化为二维模型,并利用开源软件Open FOAM对竖轴水轮机进行研究。首先给出了水轮机模拟中多个参数的取值策略;然后对叶片安装位置不同的三叶片竖轴水轮机进行了CFD瞬态模拟,得出了其功率系数随叶尖速比的变化曲线;最后,通过分析水轮机功率、推力及侧向力系数,发现了叶片安装位置接近叶片中心位置时,水轮机在运行中受到的载荷较小等结论。
In this paper, the influence of the installation position of vertical axis turbine blades on the hydrodynamic performance of hydraulic turbine is mainly studied. Taking into account the same characteristics of vertical turbine blades along the span direction, the turbine model is simplified into two-dimensional model. research.
