以木粉(WF)、壳聚糖(Chit)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,自由基聚合得到共聚物;在乙醇-NaOH溶液中浸泡中和,制备木粉/壳聚糖-g-P(AA-AM)(WCPAAM)高效Pb2+吸附树脂。正交试验结果表明,合成树脂的优化工艺为:[AA]/[AM]=2g/4g、[Chit]/[M]=1.2g/6g、[C]/[M]=1.8‰(质量浓度,下同)、[I]/[M]=2.8%(质量浓度,下同)、预引发时间(温度)t=24min(60℃);影响树脂吸附量的因素依次为:交联度浓度>单体配比>壳聚糖浓度>引发剂浓度>>预引发时间t。WCPAAM树脂的最佳使用条件为:树脂用量0.20g/L,pH=5,[Pb2+]=0.75mmol/L,使用温度(时间)25℃(8~10h),此时树脂对Pb2+的吸附量达2.52mmol/g,去除率为99.71%。

The optimal conditions of WCPAAM resin were as follows: the amount of resin 0.20g / L, pH = 5, [Pb2 +] = 0.75mmol / L and the temperature 25 ℃ for 8 ~ 10h. Up to 2.52mmol / g, the removal rate was 99.71%.
