我校地处农村集镇,学生来源不算好,师资力量也不算强,但连续六年来,我校初中毕业生中考及格率一直保持在90%以上,人均分85分左右。高中毕业生高考及格率稳定在95%左右,均分高出省均分10分以上。所以能取得以上成绩,主要由于我们在解决学生学习英语两极分化的问题上,进行了探讨,采取了下面几点做法。一、耐心诱导,养成学生良好的学习习惯。英语学习应该细水长流,积水成渊。不宜暴饮 Our school is located in a rural market town. The student source is not very good and the teachers’ strength is not strong. However, for six years in a row, the passing rate of the junior high school graduates of our school has been maintained at more than 90%, and the average per capita is about 85 minutes. The high school graduates’ college entrance examination pass rate is stable at about 95%, and the average score is more than 10 points above the provincial average. Therefore, we can achieve the above results, mainly because we have explored the problem of solving students’ polarization in learning English and adopted the following methods.
