目的:用高效液相色谱法测定大蒜素胶囊中的二烯丙基三硫醚的含量。方法:以kromasil C18为色谱柱;甲醇-水-甲酸(85:15:0.1)为流动相;流速0.8 ml·min-1;紫外检测波长252 nm。结果:二烯丙基三硫醚的浓度在0.22~7.62μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均加样回收率为105.7%,RSD为5.4%;最低检出限为:0.2μg·ml-1。结论:本法快速、准确、灵敏,有利于实现对大蒜素胶囊的质量监控。
Objective: To determine the content of diallyl trisulfide in allicin capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: A kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-formic acid (85:15:0.1). The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 252 nm. Results: The linear relationship between the concentration of diallyl trisulfide and the peak area was in the range of 0.22-7.62 μg·ml-1, r=0.999 8; the average recovery was 105.7%. RSD was 5.4%; the minimum detection limit was 0.2 μg·ml-1. Conclusion: This method is rapid, accurate, and sensitive, which is beneficial to the quality control of allicin capsules.
