乳腺癌的发生、发展是一个多基因多阶段的演进过程，涉及多种原癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活。乳腺癌中最多见的基因异常是基因的扩增和过量表达。最近国外已有报道［１］，确定ｃ－ｍｅｔ基因的扩增和过量表达与人类某些肿瘤有关。目前国内对乳腺癌ｃ－ｍｅｔ的研究报道较少?
The occurrence and development of breast cancer is a multi-gene multi-stage evolution process involving the activation of multiple oncogenes and the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes. The most common genetic abnormalities in breast cancer are gene amplification and overexpression. Recently abroad has been reported [1], to determine c-met gene amplification and overexpression associated with certain human tumors. At present, there are few reports on c-met in breast cancer in China.
