以家兔及大鼠离体血液在旋转环内模拟体内血流状态,观察几种中药复方对环内血小板聚集,形成血小板与纤维蛋白血栓的影响。实验结果表明,温脉通(当归、桂枝、赤芍、川芎、干姜等)、清开灵注射液(牛黄、麝香、水牛角、珍珠母等)、化痰通络汤(生白术、天麻、香附、赤芍等)具有明显的抑制家兔体外血栓形成作用。血栓长度:生理盐水对照组为23.9±8.0mm,温脉通为12.7±4.1mm,清开灵为14.9±6.1mm,两组与对照组比,P<0.001~0.02;化痰通络汤与中风冲剂(以麦芽为主)对照组比血栓长度明显
The blood flow status of rabbits and rat isolated blood was simulated in the rotating ring to observe the effect of several traditional Chinese medicines on the platelet aggregation and the formation of platelet and fibrin thrombus in the ring. The experimental results showed that Wenmaitong (Danggui, Guizhi, Chishao, Chuanxiong, dried ginger, etc.), Qingkailing Injection (bezoar, musk, buffalo horn, mother of pearl, etc.), Huayu Tongluo Decoction (Atractylodes lucidum, Gastrodia elata, Cyperus rotundus, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, etc.) have obvious inhibitory effects on rabbit thrombosis in vitro. The thrombus length was 23.9±8.0 mm in the control group, 12.7±4.1 mm in the warm veins, and 14.9±6.1 mm in the Qingkailing group. The ratios of the two groups to the control group were P<0.001 to 0.02; Huayu Tongluo Tang Stroke granules (mainly malt) in the control group were significantly longer than the thrombus length
