依法治国已写入了党的文献和国家的宪法，这是我党执政方式的重大转变。但依法治国并不排斥党的领导，恰恰相反，它一刻也离不开党的领导。文章对党的领导在法治建设中的地位和作用以及如何加强党的领导、实现依法治国等问题作了探讨，指出依法治国必须加强党的领导。 Ruling the country by law has been written into the party’s literature and the country’s constitution, which is a major shift in the way in which our party is governed. However, ruling the country by law does not exclude the party’s leadership. On the contrary, it can not be separated from party leadership for the moment. The article discusses the status and function of the Party’s leadership in the construction of the rule of law as well as how to strengthen the party’s leadership and rule the country by law, pointing out that we must strengthen the leadership of the party according to law.
