目的:研究盐酸萘替芬软膏制剂对离体人皮、豚鼠皮透皮吸收率。方法:采用静态渗透室装置,皮片涂药后不同时间采样,样品中盐酸萘替芬浓度采用高效液相色谱方法测定。结果:盐酸萘替芬经离体人皮、豚鼠皮的渗透率均随着时间的增加而缓慢地增加,36h后,盐酸萘替芬经离体人皮及豚鼠皮的渗透率分别为3.489%和0.726%。结论:盐酸萘替芬软膏人及豚鼠局部皮肤给药后,可能大部分滞留在皮肤表面上,很少透皮吸收。
Objective: To study the transdermal absorbability of naftifine hydrochloride ointment in vitro and in vitro. Methods: The static osmotic device was used to sample skin samples at different times after application. The concentration of naftifine hydrochloride in the samples was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The permeation rates of naftifine hydrochloride in vitro and in guinea pigs increased slowly with the increase of time. After 36 hours, the permeation rates of naftifine hydrochloride in human skin and guinea pig skin were 3, respectively. 489% and 0.726%. Conclusion: Naftifine hydrochloride ointment and guinea pig after local skin administration, most likely remain on the skin surface, rarely transdermal absorption.
