142例咯血X线胸片（－）患者纤支镜检查，46．5％获定性论断，42．1％明确出血定位诊断。术前CT扫描有助于进一步提高纤支镜的诊断率。
142 cases of hemoptysis X-ray (-) patients with bronchoscopy, 46.5% of the qualitative assertion, 42.1% clear bleeding diagnosis. Preoperative CT scan can help to further improve the diagnostic rate of bronchoscopy.
