自动导引车作为现代生产车间的物流系统重要组成部分,随着科技的更新和市场需求的增大,其发展的速度越来越快。本文是基于某公司汽车保险杠生产线提出的设计方案。将成熟的模糊PID控制算法融入到自动导航车的寻迹系统中去,控制器利用高精度的传感器检测到地磁导引信号,在不依赖精确的车辆数学模型情况下处理系统数据实时输出控制信号调整导航车的运行姿态,从而提高了导航车在高速运行时的寻迹精度,对导航车控制系统改进有很大的积极意义。
