近几年,随着经济社会的不断发展,机械制造业的各类技术水平也得到了实质性的提高,其中模具制造与数控加工的技术水平得到了明显增强。对于数控领域内的加工机床,其具有自动化、高精准以及安全性能好的优势,为模具制造生产提供了技术保障。此外,数控加工技术在机械制造中能够对加工难度极高的机械任务进行操作,加工方式新颖、多元,能够满足现阶段模具制造的需求。本文主要深入分析了模具数控加工的显著优势,并探讨了该技术在现代模具制造生产过程中的有效性。
In recent years, with the continuous development of economy and society, various technical levels of machinery manufacturing industry have also been substantially improved, of which the technical level of mold manufacturing and numerical control processing has been significantly enhanced. For the processing of CNC machine tools, which has the advantages of automation, high precision and safety performance, providing technical support for the manufacture of molds. In addition, CNC machining technology in machinery manufacturing can be extremely difficult to machine the task of mechanical operations, processing methods are novel and diverse, to meet the needs of the current mold manufacturing. This paper mainly analyzes the significant advantages of die NC machining and discusses the effectiveness of this technology in the modern mold manufacturing process.
