二乙基氨荒酸盐(Diethyl dithiocarbamate,DDC)为二硫化四乙基秋兰姆(disulfiram)的代谢产物。它可抑制大鼠的双功能氧化酶的活性。DDC对四氯化碳,溴苯及4-乙酰氨基酚中毒有防护作用,它可抑制这些化合物的生物激活作用。因此,本文作者企图研究DDC是否可降低对硫磷对大鼠的致死性。二乙基氨荒酸钠溶于盐水。乙基对硫磷溶于橄榄油。雄性大鼠(Chbb品系)以实验室标准饲料及自来水饲喂。大鼠用胃管给药,乙基对硫磷剂量为5mg/kg。动物分4组,即:
Diethyl dithiocarbamate (DDC) is the metabolite of tetraethylthiuram disulfiram. It inhibits bifunctional oxidase activity in rats. DDC has a protective effect against carbon tetrachloride, bromobenzene and 4-acetaminophen poisoning, which inhibits the biological activation of these compounds. Therefore, the authors attempt to investigate whether DDC can reduce the lethality of parathion in rats. Sodium diethyl pivalate was dissolved in saline. Ethyl parathion dissolved in olive oil.
