提出利用切削状态当量电阻作为导电加热切削中的电流控制参数,并对该参量和切削用量的变化关系进行了分析。试验证明,切削状态当量电阻能有效反映切削条件的变化,通过检测其变化可实现导电加热切削加热电流的最佳控制。
It is proposed to use the cutting equivalent resistance as the current control parameter in conductive heating cutting, and the relationship between this parameter and the cutting dosage is analyzed. Experiments show that cutting state equivalent resistance can effectively reflect the changes in cutting conditions, by detecting changes in the conductive heating can be achieved cutting heating current optimal control.
