对低温板坯加热技术生产CGO硅钢的高温退火工艺进行研究,对比了3种不同的一次保温工艺对最终Goss织构的影响,并利用电子背散射衍射技术分析了高温退火试样的晶粒取向、晶粒尺寸和磁性能之间的关系。结果表明,在600℃保温20 h的一次保温工艺可以获得最佳的磁性能;高温退火试样的平均晶粒尺寸越大、组织越均匀,越有利于降低铁损、提高磁感应强度。
The high temperature annealing process of CGO silicon steel produced by low temperature slab heating technology was studied. The effects of three different primary thermal insulation processes on the final Goss texture were compared. The grain orientation of high temperature annealed samples was analyzed by electron backscatter diffraction , The relationship between grain size and magnetic properties. The results show that the best magnetic properties can be obtained by a thermal insulation process with 600 ℃ for 20 h. The larger average grain size of the samples annealed at 600 ℃, the more homogeneous the structure, the more beneficial to reduce the iron loss and improve the magnetic induction.
