本文介绍了天津大学四年级建筑学本科的一次应用空间句法分析方法,从调研分析到方案设计的一次设计课教学实践。学生对天津滨江道商业区和两个商业建筑进行了实地流量调研和案例分析,并尝试基于大众点评网评价信息进行该地区的商业使用情况量化评价。此外,通过对空间句法软件Depthmap的教学结合多元一次线性回归的分析方法,学生得以应用理性量化的方式来分析这个地区的商业潜力,并对不同类型业态在空间上分布的客观规律展开研究。在实地调研观察的基础上总结步行人流量与当地街道空间拓扑形态参数的回归方程,并将该方程应用于购物中心设计过程的形体切分和流线设计中,以量化模型为基础推进设计,强化训练了学生对商业空间形态、消费者行为、网络大数据和量化分析模型的逻辑思维过程。
This article introduces a fourth-year architecture undergraduate Tianjin University applied spatial syntax analysis method, from the research analysis to the design of a design course teaching practice. Students carried out field traffic research and case studies on Tianjin Binjiang Road Commercial Area and two commercial buildings and tried to evaluate the commercial usage of the area based on the evaluation information of Public Comment Network. In addition, through the teaching of spatial syntax software Depthmap combined with the method of multiple linear regression analysis, students are able to analyze the commercial potential of the region by applying rational quantification methods and study the objective laws governing the spatial distribution of different types of formats. Based on the field survey and observation, the regression equations of pedestrian flow and local street topological parameters are summarized and applied to the physical segmentation and streamline design of shopping center design process. Based on the quantitative model, Intensive training of students on the commercial space shape, consumer behavior, network data and quantitative analysis of the logical thinking process model.
