在新课程理念下,结合数学学科教学的特点和实际,合理有效地开发学生资源,既是新一轮课程改革的需要,也是优化数学教学和提高学生综合素质的必然选择。学生资源是一种“活”的资源。在教学活动中,学生是主体,但作为一种资源,它又具有客体的一面。开发学生资源时,要充分考虑学生的年龄特征、认知特点、个性差异、知识结构和智能水平等,力求做到合理、有效,突出学生资源的“需要性”、“人本性”。
Under the new curriculum concept, combined with the characteristics and reality of mathematics teaching, developing students ’resources rationally and effectively is not only the need of the new round of curriculum reform, but also the inevitable choice of optimizing mathematics teaching and improving students’ comprehensive quality. Student resources are a “living” resource. In teaching activities, students are the main body, but as a resource, it has the object side. When developing student resources, we must fully consider the students’ age characteristics, cognitive characteristics, personality differences, knowledge structure and intelligence level, and strive to be reasonable and effective, highlighting the student resources “needs”, “human nature ”.
