本文对我国绿色建筑发展现状及主要问题进行了回顾,诠释了循证设计原理及算法设计思维,并探讨了运用该理念指导全生命周期绿色建筑发展的重要性。在案例分析的基础上,阐明如何运用“研究指导设计”的理念有效闭合绿色建筑的全生命周期,从而取得真实的可持续收益。 This paper reviews the status quo and main problems of green building in China, explains the evidence-based design principles and algorithm design thinking, and discusses the importance of using this concept to guide the development of green buildings in the whole life cycle. On the basis of the case study, it is clarified how to apply the concept of “research-oriented design” to effectively close the entire life cycle of green buildings so as to achieve real sustainable returns.
