经实践证明 ,传统的卷筒设计和稳定性校核方法是很保守的。本文充分考虑绳槽对稳定性的影响 ,把绳槽作为环筋加到卷筒壁厚中 ,且它并不参与纵向的承载 ,提出了一种新的稳定性校核准则。用有限元软件Algor把绳槽作为梁加到卷筒上对各种绳槽的卷筒进行屈曲分析 ,并用MATLAB画出分析所得的曲线 ,得出卷筒绳槽对稳定性影响的规律。数值计算与理论计算结果基本是一致的
Practice has proved that traditional reel design and stability check method is very conservative. In this paper, the influence of rope groove on the stability is fully considered. The rope groove is added to the wall thickness of the roll as a ring bar, and it does not participate in the longitudinal bearing. A new criterion of stability verification is proposed. The finite element software Algor used the rope groove as the beam added to the reel to buckle the various kinds of rope grooves and draw the analysis curve with MATLAB to get the law of the influence of the rope groove to the stability. Numerical calculation and theoretical calculation results are basically the same
