大直径深螺母的加工,由于螺孔深,需要采用较长的刀杆,因此刀杆悬臂量大,切削时会产生较大振动,严重影响表面加工质量。 现介绍在普通车床上加工大直径深螺母的方法。 1.加工方法 加工示意图如右边所示: 车刀3装在刀杆6的刀孔中,用螺钉2固定。刀套4与工种5内孔配合间隙为0.3~0.5mm。车削时,刀套与工件相对滑动。车刀径向进给时,刀杆在刀套内前后滑动;车刀轴向进给时,刀杆通过螺钉8及槽口b带动刀套同时作轴向运动。刀套上开有缺口a,以便于进刀和排屑。图中,刀杆材料为45钢,调质200~220HB刀套材料为HT15~33。
