本文论述了铰刀工作表面粗糙度及刀刃几何角度对铰孔表面粗糙度的影响,通过试验结果说明了改善铰刀刃带、导切锥刃及过渡刃的粗糙度与几何角度可显著提高铰孔质量和刀具寿命。图5幅。
In this paper, the influence of the working surface roughness of the reamer and the geometric angle of the cutting edge on the reaming surface roughness is discussed.
