本文讨论了流量喷嘴测量装置的设计计算方法以及在使用中应注意问题。并在标准空气分布器性能试验装置上做了不同规格(φ50、φ70、φ100)七个喷嘴并联使用的空气动力性能,证明使用喷嘴测量空气流量是可靠的,测量精度亦较高,不超过2%。完全可以在制订有关标准中采用,并为空调设备性能标定装置提供了一种较为理想的空气流量测量手段。
This paper discusses the design and calculation methods of the flow nozzle measurement device and the problems that should be paid attention to in use. The aerodynamic performance of the seven nozzles with different specifications (φ50, φ70, φ100) used in parallel was performed on a standard air distributor performance test device, which proved that the use of nozzles to measure air flow is reliable, and the measurement accuracy is also high, not exceeding 2 %. Can be used in the formulation of relevant standards, and provide a more ideal measure of air flow for air conditioning equipment performance calibration device.
