冬至之后,天气寒冷,人们纷纷进补,以增强体质,抵御风寒,防病保健,延年益寿。但中医认为,药补不如食补,寒则“温”之,虚则“补”之。因此,寒冬时节,尤其是老年人,适当食用些具有“温”、“补”作用的粥,可收到较好效果。常用的有:一、羊肉粥。取瘦羊肉250克,粳米150克。先将羊肉洗净、烹煮,切碎备用,粳米淘洗后,加水适量煮粥,煮至米熟时倒入羊肉,同煮至稠,吃肉喝粥。此粥具有益气补虚,温中暖下的作用,临床上常用于阳气不足、气血亏虚、久病体弱、应寒胃痛、腰膝酸软等症。二、板栗粥。取板栗15个,剥壳与糯米煮粥而食。栗子性甘微温,具有补肾健脾、强身壮骨、益骨平肝、活血化瘀的作用,常食可治腰膝酸痛无力、反胃、吐血,便血等症,还可治慢性结肠炎内寒泄泻等。三、核桃粥。取核桃仁50克,粳米100克,加水同煮成粥。该粥具有益肾补脑、止咳定喘、养血强骨的功效。是冬季常见病如哮喘病、肺心病、“老慢支”等患者的食疗方。同46
