采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,对两种含铝低温贝氏体钢进行热压缩试验,变形温度为1000、1050、1150℃,变形速率在0.001~10 s-1之间,应变量达到0.8。结果表明,随着低温贝氏体钢中铝含量的增加,钢的峰值应力减小,铝含量由0.43%增加到0.75%时,低温贝氏体钢的变形激活能从473.828 kJ/mol上升到511.364 kJ/mol。并求得两种试验钢的热本构方程。
The hot compressive tests of two kinds of low temperature bainitic steels with aluminum were carried out by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The deformation temperature was 1000, 1050 and 1150 ℃, the deformation rate was between 0.001 ~ 10 s-1 and the strain was 0.8 . The results show that as the content of aluminum in low-temperature bainitic steel increases, the peak stress of steel decreases. When the content of aluminum increases from 0.43% to 0.75%, the deformation activation energy of low-temperature bainitic steel increases from 473.828 kJ / mol to 511.364 kJ / mol. The thermal constitutive equations of two kinds of test steels were obtained.
